Vernon Caregivers Support Group

Caregiving doesn’t have to be a one-person, all or nothing role. Other carers can be invaluable resources for practical advice and tips based on their own experiences. The Caregiver Support Group is an encouraging space designed for individuals facing the stresses of unpaid caregiving.  We currently have caregiver support groups in Vernon, Kelowna, and Lake Country.
